IBR components are safety-critical. We ensure every ingot supplied under IBR quality is processed via the Vacuum Degassing (VD) route to prevent hydrogen-induced cracking and ensure 100% internal soundness.
Form IV-A Certification
We provide full heat traceability documentation with IBR Inspection Seals. This ensures that every forging made from our ingots is legally compliant for steam pipeline and boiler service.
- Grades: ASTM A182 F11, F12, F22, A105, LF2.
- Verification: Hot-stamped heat numbers on every ingot.
- Testing: Mandatory Ultrasonic Soundness & Chemical verification.
